Conditions of Participation - Vidinlis
1. Organizer
The competition is organized by:
Vidinlis, Cunostr. 45A, 14193 Berlin.
2. Eligibility
All natural persons aged 18 and over residing in Germany or the EU are eligible to participate. Vidinlis employees and their families are excluded from participation.
3. Participation Period
The competition begins on September 15, 2025, and ends on December 7, 2025, at 11:59 PM (CET).
4. Conditions of Participation
To participate in the competition, all of the following steps must be completed:

Leave a comment under the competition video.
Follow Vidinlis's profile (on the platform where the competition is viewed).
Subscribe to the Vidinlis newsletter using the designated competition form.
All four steps are mandatory. Incomplete entries will not be considered.
5. Prize
A total of 5 winners will be drawn.
Each winner will receive a piece of jewelry from the Vidinlis range.
The winner will select their choice from the currently available models.
The prizes will be sent to the winners in time for Christmas (by December 24, 2025).
6. Winner Determination and Notification
The 5 winners will be randomly selected on December 7, 2025, and notified by email the same day.
If a winner does not respond within 7 days, their claim will expire, and a new winner will be drawn.
7. Data Protection
Personal data will be collected as part of the participation. This data will be used to administer the competition and to send the Vidinlis newsletter.
By participating in the competition, participants agree to receive the newsletter.

8. Miscellaneous
Cash payment or exchange of the prize is excluded.
Legal recourse is excluded.
