Return Policy for Jewelry & Hygiene Products

We offer a 30-day return window. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Please note that, for health and hygiene reasons, jewelry and hygiene products can only be returned if the original packaging is unopened and undamaged. If the protective seal/film has been removed or the packaging has been opened, a return is not possible. The item must be in the same condition in which you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.

Return Shipping Costs

All return shipping costs are borne by the buyer. If the return is accepted and the item arrives in perfect condition, you will receive the purchase amount as a store credit (voucher). Cash refunds are not provided.

Exchanges

An exchange is only possible if the item’s packaging is still unopened, the protective film has not been removed, and the item has not been used or damaged. If the item is damaged, photos of the damaged product must be submitted for review. The item must be in its original condition and packaging. Please note that return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. In such cases, photos of the item are required. The item must remain unopened and unused for a return or exchange to be processed.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, jewelry and hygiene products cannot be returned if the protective seal/film has been removed or the packaging has been opened. Perishable goods, custom-made items, and personalized products are also excluded from returns. If you have questions about a specific item, please contact us.

European Union – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

For orders within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving any reason, provided the goods are intact and unopened. The item must be in the same packaging, with tags, and unused. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.

Refunds

If your return is accepted and the item is properly returned, you will receive the purchase amount as a store credit (voucher). Refunds are processed within 10 business days. Return shipping costs are non-refundable. Please note it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
